On July 18, 2024, in Ha Long City, the topping-out ceremony for the ICON40 luxury tower project took place, marking a significant milestone in the construction and development of the project. The event was honored to welcome representatives from the investor, Syrena Hung Thang Joint Stock Company (BIM Group), Unicons leadership, subcontractors, invited guests, and the entire project management team.
